BULLETIN

All members will receive a monthly bulletin which will be distributed electronically for those with email addresses and in a hard copy to those without email access.  To supplement the monthly bulletin an Annual Journal will be distributed to all members in a hard copy.  The Bulletin/Journal helps to keep members informed of events within the Society. Members can advertise and submit articles for consideration for these publications.

Copy should be typed using Arial or Verdana font size 11, single spacing using Microsoft Word.  If you do not have access to Microsoft Word send the copy as a text file using Notepad or similar.

If you have access to a computer, copy should be forwarded on either a floppy disc or CD. If you wish the return of these this can be arranged.

The preferred option for copy is by e-mail with the "Word" or "text" document included as an attachment to the e-mail.

If you wish to send photographs either on disk, CD or e-mail please ensure that the format is one which is of minimal size but still ensures clarity of the photograph eg JPEG file format is preferable to Bitmap Image. Again the photographs should be included as an attachment to an e-mail and not included in the body of the e-mail.
